Contemporary Residence Called Casa AR in San Isidro by Seinfeld Arquitectos

This impressive and yet surprisingly simple residence is a beautiful example of gimmicky architecture. The house is called Casa AR and it'due south located in San Isidro, a district of the Lima Province in Republic of peru. The location is convenient and so is the surrounding landscape, although the inhabitants of this residence don't accept much contact with the others. Equally you can encounter, in that location's a alpine and massive walls that separates the house from everything else, creating a little private paradise.

The business firm was a projection by Lima-based studio Seinfeld Arquitectos. I wonder if they accept annihilation to practice with the famous comedy or the thespian, but I'g sure it' due south a common question. Anyhow, the residence features a very simple, actually minimalist pattern, with very few architectural details and an overall elegant look.

The interior design is equally unproblematic but also very chic. Even though I admire the architecture of this house, I have to say that it doesn't look very cozy or inviting. The interior is rather common cold and it resembles an office. Nevertheless, this expansive three-storey residence is an impressive structure. I peculiarly like how the spaces have been divided.

 The ground floor is more live a common entertaining area, with floor-to-ceiling drinking glass walls, while the other 2 floors are more private. On the basis floor, there are very few walls, thus exist can conclude that in that location's an expansive open up flooring plan where the living room, dining room, kitchen and all the other spaces are interconnected.
